Integrating MyBotify with WordPress & WooCommerce

Follow these steps to seamlessly integrate MyBotify with WooCommerce and enable WhatsApp notifications for your store.

Step 1: Access the Integration Menu

  • Log in to your MyBotify dashboard.

  • From the left-side menu, click on "Integration" to open the available integrations.

Step 2: Select WooCommerce

  • Under the Integrations section, locate WooCommerce.

  • Click on the "Configure" button to begin the setup process.

Step 3: Generate API Keys in WooCommerce

  • Log in to your WordPress Admin Panel.

  • Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API.

  • Click on "Add Key", enter a name (e.g., "MyBotify Integration"), and select Read/Write permission.

  • Click Generate API Key and copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.

Step 4: Connect WooCommerce to MyBotify

  • Return to MyBotify and enter the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret generated from WooCommerce.

  • Provide your WooCommerce store URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com).

  • Click "Save" to establish the connection.

  • After completing this step, a new Webhook Token will be generated.

Step 5: Install & Activate the MyBotify Plugin in WordPress

  • In your WordPress Admin Panel, go to Plugins > Add New.

  • Search for "MyBotify" and install the plugin.

  • Alternatively, you can manually download the plugin from this link and upload it to WordPress.

  • After installation, click Activate Plugin.

Step 6: Configure MyBotify in WordPress

  • In the WordPress Admin Panel, go to MyBotify from the side menu.

  • This will open the MyBotify Integration tab.

  • Paste the Webhook Token generated from MyBotify.

  • Click Verify to authenticate the connection.

  • Once verified, a "Connected" badge will appear, confirming the integration.

Step 7: Configure Notification Settings in MyBotify

  • Return to your MyBotify

  • Go to Notification Settings and configure the following notifications:

    User Register – Send welcome messages to new users upon successful registration. ✅ Password Reset – Securely inform users when they request a password reset. ✅ Order Created – Notify customers when an order is placed. ✅ Order Status Changed – Notify customers when an order status is updated. ✅ Order Deleted – Notify customers when an order is deleted. ✅ Order Tracking Updated – Notify customers when an order tracking number is updated. ✅ Cart Abandoned – Remind customers about abandoned carts to recover lost sales.

  • Enable the required notifications and select the appropriate message template.

  • All templates are pre-approved by Meta, ensuring seamless message delivery.
